Protein House is honestly such a good find. It’s perfect if you care about what you’re putting into your body and want food that actually fuels you properly. Everything feels intentional — clean, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. Loads of options too, and the protein smoothies… so many good ones to choose from. The vibe is super relaxed and welcoming. The owner is really cool and easy to chat to — makes you feel like you’ve known each other for years. In a hectic city like Bangkok where nobody has time to deal with a stomach ache from dodgy local food, places like The Protein House are a godsend. Owner Cole doesn’t mess around when it comes to quality ingredients. Everything from steaks and burgers to wraps, ice cream, snacks, and more is wholesome and homemade. The food is delicious, clean, and consistently excellent. Both your taste buds and your stomach will thank you. I’ve been hooked since my first visit — if you haven’t tried it yet, go check them out. New favorite in Bangkok. This place is such a life saver when I need to hit daily protein/calorie goals, and actually makes me feel good about what I’m eating. It’s also available on Grab, making it so much more convenient. Love the Açaí shakes and Quesadillas. While pancakes are dry and blend, it’s still perfect for bulking so I’d 100% order it again. The price does feel really high, which does stop me from ordering daily, but I still love the place. ~ Hj

Real good addition of good food with macro added to each item. The concept is really nice. I hope they will add the option to get pea or soy protein soon on drinks for us poor lactose intolerant. Cole, the owner, is a very knowledgeable guy and passionate about the mission. I 100% back this project and will definitely come back next time I am in town. ~ Diego M

Ich habe gesehen dass hier teilweise nur 1 Stern vergeben wurde weil die Preise zu hoch sind. Ich finde die Preise angemessen. Für Qualität muss man einfach zahlen. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Bei alles Speisen werden die macros und Kalorien angegeben. Für Leute die auf ihre Ernährung achten ist das perfekt. Auch die Snacks aka Proteinriegel sind lecker. Alle Mitarbeiter die ich bis jetzt kennenlernen durfte sind super freundlich und nett. Ich hoffe dass ihr bald einen Standort in Deutschland eröffnet. I had a really great experience here. The food was amazing, and the beef in particular was outstanding .. definitely fine dining quality and the prices are good . The service was excellent, the place was very clean, and the seating was comfortable. It’s a great place to come with friends or family, but also just as enjoyable if you’re dining alone. ~ Hamad B

Protein House gave me some of the best service I have ever received at any restaurant. Every single time I walked in, I was treated like a guest of honor. The staff constantly greeted me warmly, asked how my day was going, and genuinely took the time to make me feel welcome. As a business owner myself, I really notice when a team goes the extra mile, and the staff here absolutely did. Shine was incredibly attentive and professional throughout every visit. He always made sure I was taken care of and consistently gave thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience. Soe brought such positive energy and kindness every single time I came in. She was warm, welcoming, and made the environment feel comfortable and personal from the moment I walked through the door. Aun was also exceptional and went above and beyond to make every experience smooth and enjoyable. Her hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me. The level of service at Protein House honestly exceeded anything I have experienced at other restaurants. Thank you again to the entire team for making every visit memorable. The food is amazing and delicious. Tried a few restaurant already with this kind of concept and this one is my favorite. Anything i tried till now was good. Excellent, healthy eating for those that love delicious food and care about their macros. During my stay I think I tried nearly everything and was never disappointed. Delicious shakes, awesome healthy protein pancakes as well as burgers, burritos, salads etc. Great service and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.. ~ Paul S

Food is fantastic, everything you need if you are working out, for any meal of the day. Staff is great, polite, kind, respectful and I even forgot my wallet and they kept it safe and sealed for me to collect if I came back, which I collected the next day!!! Well done PH ~ Vangelis N

Great new spot in Bkk, crazy to see people leaving negative reviews when they haven't even tried it, good food with real ingredients is always going to cost slightly more, completely worth it too. I've been 3 times now, very clean interior and lovely staff ~ Darragh

Lovely service and super clean. I got the PB & J protein shake tastes delicious. They also have some healthy snacks. There’s free samples so you can try them before which I think is a nice touch. I wish they had a branch closer to me in Sathon but hopefully in the future 🙏 ~ Riyan R

The chicken burger was fairly cheap and was served with a cup of delicious fresh fruits too. The burger itself was good too, ofc. There are price worthy options! ~ Olle L
